Project
HHS is a leader in support services, operating over 150 food service accounts across hospitals and senior living communities. To showcase the culinary expertise within the organization, we compiled a collection of recipes from its top chefs nationwide and curated these submissions into a comprehensive cookbook. My role in this project encompassed the creative direction for the photoshoot as well as the overall design of the book. I collaborated closely with a food stylist, a food photographer, professional chefs, and the Marketing team to ensure that the visual and narrative elements effectively represented the quality and diversity of the recipes featured.
Contribution
Creative Direction: Oversaw the collaboration between vendors and chefs, ensuring alignment with the brand identity while adhering to quality standards and maintaining timely project delivery. Engaged with the printer to verify that the final product met all quality expectations.
Book Design: Managed the development of the cookbook from the initial concept to completion. Ensured a cohesive design that reflects the intended theme and enhances the culinary experience for users.
Icon Development: Created food allergy icons to accompany recipes, providing essential information for readers and enhancing the usability of the cookbook.
